orders confirmed?
All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by translightelectricals as confirmed by our Accounts Department. To confirm the orders, translightelectricals may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. translightelectricals will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, translightelectricals will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.
Complete Refund?
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by translightelectricals warehouse or stores. The refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. As per customer request orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
If you originally paid by cash, we will refund you via bank transfer and you will be required to provide us with your bank account details. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a voucher for your cash which can be used for up to 1 year to purchase any other item from our store online
