Order

All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by translightelectricals as confirmed by our Accounts Department. To confirm the orders, translightelectricals may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. translightelectricals will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, translightelectricals will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer. 

Product Availability

In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time. In such an event, translightelectricals will call the Customer (if he/she has registered on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, translightelectricals shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, translightelectricals shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

At the time of reading this Terms, Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the United Arab Emirates, and may not be available for certain oversized items. At the time of checkout, if you are unable to see the option for Cash on Delivery, it would mean that this option is not enabled for one of these reasons. Apart from that, you may choose to select this as a payment option.

Shipping Policy

At translightelectricals, we are committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. In the region, we work with Courier Company and translightelectricals logistics to provide you with the quickest delivery. All shipments made from approved Orders are shipped using translightelectricals delivery drivers and 3rd party fulfillment service. Free shipping on orders above AED 100 within the UAE. Free shipping on all orders above AED 1000 outside the UAE. If the order value is less than AED 1000 there will be a shipping charge of AED 500 applicable outside the UAE.

We also provide a tracking code - as provided by the 3rd party service which the User can use to track their shipment.

Return and Exchange

We appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your order, get the merchandise exchanged/canceled within 15 days. The exchange depends on the availability of the merchandise requested by you, In case if the requested merchandise is not available we will credit your bank account as per the refund policy.
